Kenneth Copeland Ministries Partners to Send Medical Supplies to Haiti

In a continued effort to help support the people of Haiti, Kenneth Copeland Ministries (KCM) announced today that it has partnered with several ministries to send a flight to Haiti with $2.7 million of medical supplies, and 7,000 pounds of much-needed antibiotics. KCM has joined forces with Pastor Keith Moore of Faith Life Church, Branson, Mo., Billye Brim of Prayer Mountain in the Ozarks, Buddy Shipp of American Samaritan, Dale McCowan, a businessman from Tulsa, Okla., and Glen Hyde, who coordinated this mission, to send an aircraft to Haiti and deliver the important medical supplies and antibiotics.

According to Mr. Hyde, the flight will land at Cap-Haïtien on the northwest coast of Haiti. The supplies will be distributed to the following ministries: Northwest Haiti Christian Mission, International Healthcare Network (led by Dr. Paul Williams), and the Christian Haitian Outreach Orphanage. Kenneth Copeland Ministries and its partners on this mission are working diligently to assist on the ground in Haiti, aiding in relief efforts alongside other ministries and agencies from the United States and around the world.

In addition to this mission, KCM has been supporting the Haitian people for over 10 years, by sending monthly funds to support a Haitian orphanage and related outreaches. In regard to the present disaster relief needs, KCM has sent relief funds to Christian Haitian Outreach, Operation Blessing, American Samaritan and Mission Harvest America.

Kenneth Copeland Ministries and its partners and friends remain dedicated to meeting the needs of people by putting feet to our faith and proclaiming to the world that Jesus is Lord.

Twice Sown Seed

When you partner with Kenneth Copeland Ministries (KCM), you’re reaching people you may never know through the principle of twice-sown seed. Anytime a gift is given and then that gift is given again or is used to bless other people, it’s the principle of “twice-sown seed” in action. It’s the equation that is changing Europe!

When you sow a financial seed into KCM Europe, at least 10% of it will be sown directly into other ministries that reach people right here in Europe and across the globe!

The principle of twice-sown seed is found in John 6. In this chapter, a little boy offered his lunch to Jesus. Jesus received it, blessed it, and then fed 5,000 men plus women and children with it. However the blessing didn’t stop there. Jesus then commanded His disciples to gather up the leftovers, and also filled twelve baskets with bread.

John 6:12-13

So when they were filled, He said to His disciples, “Gather up the fragments that remain, so that nothing is lost.” Therefore they gathered them up, and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves which were left over by those who had eaten (NKJV)

Think about the miraculous return on that little boy’s giving! One boy giving one lunch equals 5,000 men with 5,000 lunches. That’s quite an equation! His partnership with the ministry of Jesus yielded a great harvest.

That’s the kind of equation we operate in – together – when there is twice-sown seed involved. If the Lord blessed a little boy’s lunch to such a great degree, imagine what He will do with the seeds we sow in faith to meet the needs of others.

Together with the Lord, we are meeting needs and changing Europe through the miracle-working, eternal equation of twice-sown seed. The greatest gift in life is not what we receive, but what we give for the sake of others. Acts 20:35 says it this way:

“I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ” (NKJV)

You are giving and others around the world are receiving the truth of God’s Word – and His truth is making them free. We here at KCM Europe join with all these ministries to say “Thank you for your love and faithfulness!”

The Blessing Without Measure

If you are a born-again child of God, you are BLESSED!

At Kenneth Copeland Ministries, Europe, we are on a divine mission to let God’s people know that THE BLESSING – that God gave Adam in the Garden of Eden – that empowered them to be fruitful and have dominion over the earth – that He gave to Abraham that made him heir of the world and a blessing to all the families of the earth – that empowered the life and ministry of the Lord Jesus Himself, that same BLESSING – now belongs to all of us who are born-again believers.

We are THE BLESSED!

But this Blessing doesn’t just show up in our families and nation all by itself. There are attitudes we must have and actions we must take to keep it operating in our lives. Jesus told us about them in Luke 6:27-31. He said: “But I say to you who hear: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you. To him who strikes you on the one cheek, offer the other also. And from him who takes away your cloak, do not withhold your tunic either. Give to everyone who asks of you. And from him who takes away your goods do not ask them back. And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise.” NKJV

To people who have been brought up in the traditional, worldly way of thinking, those instructions don’t make any sense at all!

“How can I ever get ahead in life if I’m always throwing away everything I have?” you might say. Jesus didn’t tell us to throw away everything we have. He told us to stop thinking all the time about how we can protect ourselves from other people, and start thinking instead about how we can be a blessing to them. He was trying to teach us that by walking in THE BLESSING, we can get to the place where someone could steal our coat and we’d never miss it because THE BLESSING would replace it with a better one.

That’s just what THE BLESSING does. It is raw, pure, spiritual power, and when we release it by walking in it by faith, it will turn any ugly, terrible situation in our lives into a veritable Garden of Eden.

After all, Jesus said in Matthew 16:25: “For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.” When we try to save our own lives, we cut ourselves off from THE BLESSING because we’re looking to ourselves— instead of God—to save us. We become our own God; and none of us are qualified for that position. We’re not qualified to protect and provide for ourselves because we don’t have the power to do it. We could work so many jobs that we wouldn’t have time to sleep and we’d still be unable to gain the kind of wealth God wants to give us.

On the other hand, when we give our lives to God, when we pour ourselves out, loving Him with all our heart, soul and strength, and loving our neighbor as ourselves, we put ourselves under the care of the One who is qualified to make us more than conquerors in every situation. We activate His BLESSING in our lives.

Can you see it? In the coming days, God is going to find a group of believers who will actually start doing that – right here in Europe! A bunch of wild-eyed, love-motivated, faith folks that are waking up and becoming such a blessing, the whole world will take notice. As they do, we’ll finally see what Jesus meant when He said, “Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over…”
We will finally see what it really means to be BLESSED.

And I am sure that, when I come unto you, I shall come in the fullness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ. Romans 15:29 KJV
