Delivery

Once payment has cleared, and subject to availability, the ordered items will be dispatched to the address supplied by the customer during the checkout process. We cannot accept liability for undelivered or misdelivered items due to incorrect customer addresses.

All our orders are sent (Free of Charge) by Royal Mail to the UK mainland. If you are ordering outside of the UK mainland then we add £3 to the cost of your order to go towards the postage costs.

Once the items have been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by the Royal Mail or courier.

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Returns Policy

Should any of our materials prove defective (excluding normal wear and tear) just contact us and then return the faulty product. We will replace the product free of charge and refund the postage.
