About the Author

Dr. Billy J. Rash has served as Senior Pastor of Kern Christian Center in Bakersfield, Calif., for over 25 years He also serves his community as chaplain for the Bakersfield Police Department. Pastor Billy and his wife, Shelby, make their home in Bakersfield.
